ClearVantage is industry-leading Association Management Software (AMS). Association Management Software consolidates key association activities (e.g. membership, event management, donations, committee management, and much more) into a single, integrated system. This allows associations to have a complete picture of their operations in one, easy-to-access location. In short, an AMS is a critical tool that associations use to manage almost every aspect of their day-to-day operations. ClearVantage was introduced in 1999 and distinguished itself as the first enterprise software application that combined customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning and e-commerce into a single solution designed for member-based organizations. Over the last 20 years, our solutions have steadily evolved. In addition to our AMS, we now offer mobile solutions, a payment processor, a content management system, and seamless integrations with most of the other leading software solutions in the association space. These additional tools act as a force multiplier to the already incredible value of ClearVantage. While we’ve developed additional solutions and services over the years, our focus has always remained squarely on the development of our core solution, ClearVantage. Euclid’s clients now use ClearVantage to manage more than 30 functional areas including everything from customer relationship management to event registration. The software is now accessible from nearly any device with a web browser including laptops, tablets, and smartphones. ClearVantage is made even more power by the addition of modern web services which provide members with the information they need when they need it. This “self-service” functionality means members can pay their dues, make a donation, register for a conference, and much more – all from their smartphone. What have been some of Euclid’s achievements in the past 12 months that you’re most proud of? Euclid just held its User Group Conference where we made three major announcements.
