ClearVantage Pro, the latest version of our association management software. ClearVantage Pro seamlessly integrates form and function. The system is artfully designed to be both more powerful and more intuitive than previous versions of the software. Modern, user-friendly enhancements include custom voice commands and dynamic dashboards just to name a few. We also premiered the latest version of our website functionality, CV Web 5. Much like ClearVantage Pro, CV Web 5 was designed to combine modern user experience with enhanced functionality. All of the new web forms utilize Material Design, a popular visual language with a modern look-and-feel. They also include functional enhancements such as being ADA compliant out-of-the-box. Finally, we used the conference to formally introduce our integrated payment processing solution, euclidPay, to our clients. euclidPay is a collaboration between Euclid Technology and our parent company Fullsteam. euclidPay users get the benefits of automated reconciliation, “card-on-file” support, the tools to process in-person payments, and much more while typically paying lower rates than with their current payment provider. euclidPay is the perfect example of how we’ve been successful over our 22-year history – by delivering superior functionality at a better value to our partners. In what ways have your services evolved over the past two decades? While our services are still exclusively focused on implementing and supporting our enterprise software, what our software does and how it’s deployed has radically changed over the past two decades, and therefore our services have broadened and deepened accordingly. For example, two decades ago no clients even had a website! Now we provide software that helps them build incredibly beautiful and highly functional websites, and we train our clients on how to use it. However, a nice-looking website is pretty useless if the processes and systems behind it are cumbersome. Hence our services encompass the complete implementation and support of our software, which includes process design, data conversion, system configuration, system integration, user training, and ongoing system support. 20 or even 10 years ago, implementations were primarily focused on a couple of key processes (e.g. membership and events) and mostly focused on the “back office.” A single analyst may have the knowledge needed to perform a complete implementation. Today, our software touches every person, every process, and every other system at the organization; it is also the primary means by which our clients interact with their customers. Subsequently, our implementation teams are larger and more specialized. Perhaps the biggest change in services has occurred in the past five years, as Euclid moved to a SaaS model where everything is hosted in our state-of-the-art hosting facilities. Five years ago, clients were responsible for having their own servers and infrastructure in place; now we provide it all as part of our software as a service. Although our services have evolved, our commitment to providing outstanding service has remained constant. We are one of the few remaining service and technology providers where you get a real person (based out of our Bethesda, MD headquarters) that answers the phone. If the phone is not picked up within 3 rings by a real person, the call goes directly to me. Yes, we have an amazing online customer support portal, but when our clients want to call in and talk to someone, we are here for them. Why should more companies trust Euclid as their AMS provider?
