Our mission is to change lives and empower communities, one person at a time, by creating generational wealth through homeownership. We service the low to moderate-income families in the Tri-County areas of Miami Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County. We service the South Florida Community and beyond in homeownership, credit counseling, post-purchase counseling, debt management, and financial literacy. By adopting the National Industry Standards for homeownership, GWTH utilizes best practices to assist its clients in achieving Homeownership. We are located in Lauderhill, Florida. We are focused on educating and empowering the community on these various topics through our Workshops. We conduct First Time Home Buyers Education Workshops, Post Purchase Workshops, Debt Management Workshops, Financial Literacy Workshops, and Home Maintenance Workshops. We assist clients in obtaining down payment assistance and closing cost assistance. We provide exceptional customer service, put the client’s needs first, and educate and empower clients to make better life and financial decisions. Our organization is professional, caring, helpful, and patient with our clients. We provide our clients with educational information. Our focus is on educating the clients and helping them create generational wealth for their families. Minority knowledge and financing is down. Our goal is to reach 1,000 families in 2021 and increase the minority homeownership rate. We will impact the community by educating the community through financial literacy and creating more minority homeowners. These minority homeowners will be able to create wealth and leave a legacy to their families. I am helping clients fulfill the American Dream of homeownership and leave a legacy behind.
