Mr. Taiclet has served as president and CEO since June 2020 and as a director on the Board since January 2018. Previously, he was chairman, president and chief executive officer of American Tower Corporation from February 2004 until March 2020 and executive chairman fromMarch 2020 toMay 2020. He was appointed American Tower’s president and chief operating officer in September 2001; named chief executive officer in October 2003; and selected as chairman of the board in February 2004. Mr. Taiclet served as president of Honeywell Aerospace Services, a unit of Honeywell International fromMarch 1999 to September 2001; as vice president, Engine Services at Pratt & Whitney from March 1996 to March 1999; and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in telecommunications and aerospace strategy and operations from July 1991 to February 1996. He began his career as a United States Air Force officer and pilot.
