Her 501c3 nonprofit housing counseling agency facilitates and conducts FREE First Time Home Buyer Education Workshops, financial literacy workshops, foreclosure prevention workshops, debt management workshops, post purchase workshops, and home maintenance workshops. These workshops include budgeting, credit, debt management, home repair, and financial literacy. All of these workshops are open to the community. The people in the community received a wealth of information. Vee created a for-profit real estate development company, Generational Wealth through Real Estate LLC, with the mission to acquire underperforming properties throughout Florida and transition them into affordable, primary residences for its citizens. She focuses on acquiring properties and overseeing construction for both new development and property rehab, reviewing and approving contracts for services, and researching zoning ordinances, as they build and impact communities one property at a time. She maintains and protects her clients’ assets through property preservation. She has 9 years of experience and she has received various educational and housing industry credentials.
