Every Euclid client has a dedicated Client Success Specialist. When clients call our office, they speak with a specialist they know and who knows them. Having Client Success Specialists who are familiar with each of their client’s business processes and needs allows us to deliver the best possible experience for each of our clients. This is one of the reasons Euclid has one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry. What’s on Euclid Technology’s agenda for 2020? Innovation of course – it’s always on Euclid’s agenda. ClearVantage Pro rolls out in Q1 of 2020 and it will set the bar for how staff users interact with Association Management Software. CV Pro adds an incredible new interface, voice recognition and voice commands, enhanced business intelligence tools, and integrated report writing to our browser-based ClearVantage product. We will also roll out new versions of our customer-facing technologies, ClearVantage Connect and ClearVantage Web (e.g., the software our clients use to build websites and interact with their customers via the web and mobile devices). The new versions will help clients build more beautiful, more - M A R Y L A N D - The success Euclid has achieved to date is rewarding on multiple levels: we have highly satisfied clients, a great working environment, strong financials, and we play an active role in our community.
