This strategic focus on Digital Transformation paid rich dividends, with Trianz recognizing intense growth – more than 25% year-on-year for over five consecutive years – fuelled by multiple innovative and strategic executions of initiatives for its clients and itself. Doing so has helped Trianz gain significant traction in its client engagements and win multimillion-dollar wins. In the journey to strengthen its core practices areas – Cloud, Analytics, Digitalization, Infrastructure and Security – Trianz acquired Axon Networks, a premier Cloud Consulting and Infrastructure Services company in 2015, followed by CBIG Consulting (CBIG), a leading Business Intelligence and Big Data Analytics consulting firm in 2018. Sri has been instrumental in leading Trianz’ growth from a small office, with a small investment, to multiple global locations. Today, he oversees a 1,600-persons-strong team of professionals across the world, with a track record of over 2,500 successful client partnerships and engagements with global organizations including the Fortune 500s. Sri is a National Defence Academy (India) graduate and an Indian Military Academy alumnus. He has served as an officer in the Indian Army, having rendered his services in the Infantry and the Parachute Regiment-Special Forces. He holds an MBA degree from the USC Marshall School of Business, Los Angeles, where he now serves on the Board of Leaders.
