What are your main goals for Keysight Technologies for the next 12 months? Keysight is focused on continuing to apply the KLM to enable success for our customers across our end markets. In communications, we will continue to lead in 5G as devices and services are rolled out around the world. It’s still early days overall for 5G, and there will also be other applications beyond traditional consumer wireless – applications that in some cases intersect with the IoT, Industry 4.0, smart cities, and next-generation vehicles. And even with all that yet to play out, we’re constantly looking ahead. Keysight recently joined the 6G Flagship Program as a founding member to participate in the groundbreaking 6G research that will ultimately lead to the next dramatic increase in capabilities and benefits. In the automotive sector, Keysight will accelerate innovation via the automotive solution centers we’ve located in key innovation hubs such as Detroit, Stuttgart, Tokyo and Shanghai. Building on our acquisition of Scienlab in 2017, we will continue to expand our global Tier-1 automotive customer base and portfolio, delivering solutions for hybrid and electric vehicles and charging systems. The acquisition of Ixia also augments Keysight’s security capabilities for the connected car – a great example of synergy across our businesses. We’ll also expanded the PathWave software platform which we introduced in 2018. PathWave is open, scalable, and predictive, and it covers the entire development and deployment workflow for electronic products. We’re collaborating with industry-leading customers on our emerging PathWave solutions just as we’ve done with other solutions. This enables Keysight to win by helping our customers be first and best in their markets. Finally, Keysight will continue to help customers throughout the lifecycle of their design and test assets, not only with traditional services such as repair and calibration, but with new capabilities including asset management and scalable support with additional benefits from our breakthrough KeysightCare offering. Our customers increasingly view services as a mandatory part of what constitutes a full solution, and we will expand these capabilities going forward. - C A L I F O R N I A - ABOUT RON NERSESIAN Ron Nersesian is chairman and chief executive officer of Keysight Technologies.
