During his C-Level role in the different industries, Marshall has become versed in finance, business development, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and organizational development. Under Duane’s leadership, Maryland Wirebelts and Cambridge Wire Cloth were merged, thus founding the largest metal belt company in the world, Cambridge International. Marshall’s work at Tri Gas & Oil as CEO included a complete streamlining of operations as well as several acquisitions and divestitures. He was then brought onboard as Managing Director at Bel Art Products to lead the sale of the company and subsequently, Bel Art was sold to a leading private equity firm. Duane Marshall now leads as CEO of M&M Refrigeration, an international industrial refrigeration company based on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Most recently, Marshall has carried M&M Refrigeration to a successful acquisition by Source Capital, LLC, a private equity firm based out of Atlanta. Since the deal’s closing in May 2018, he has focused on growing revenue through aggressive sales and marketing techniques, while updating all facets of the business with the latest technologies. Duane is also concentrating on expanding into new markets and escalating the M&M brand within traditional industrial refrigeration applications. Marshall is currently leading some of the best professionals in the industry as he continues to expand his team for the future. He is best known for his non-traditional leadership techniques and is often found helping to solve clients’ problems and personally coaching the youngest generation of M&M employees.
