He is responsible for leading the development and execution of Personiv’s long-term strategy with a view to creating value for all shareholders. Vishal works closely with the clients to develop the most appropriate support model with the right channel mix to ensure a superior client experience. He takes deep pride in driving efficiencies, improving service levels, and delivering innovative solutions to complex business issues. In the past year, Vishal has led his organization through a major acquisition, implemented an effective mentorship program, created an open and transparent communication platform, and fostered a world-class workplace that informs, engages, and inspires. His all-inclusive efforts have led Personiv Gurugram to record a 5.5% monthly attrition compared to the industry average of 8-10% monthly. Prior to joining Personiv, Vishal worked at John Keells BPO Solutions as Senior Vice President – India operations, directly responsible for P&L of India contact center (REVOPS, Customer Care, and Customer Experience) and cultivating major growth initiatives for the organization. Before John Keells BPO, he served as National Head of Customer Interaction Group for Videocon Telecommunications, a Videocon group company that offers GSM mobile services under the brand name Videocon. In the early days of his professional career, Vishal worked with some of the reputed organizations like Teleperformance and GlaxoSmithKline in various leadership roles. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Chemistry from the Kumaun University. An avid sportsman, he holds a state level championship in Table Tennis and keeps a close tab on the latest in the cricketing world. When he’s not working, Vishal enjoys watching suspense and action movies, playing games with his two sons, and reading project management books. Of late, he’s started keeping up with another of his passions – writing INSPIRATIONAL articles.
